China's AIIB  initiatives I do consider as welcome. The facts attract many states in the World.

Of course the Western Capital players are reacting in their "cowboy" bullying style cutting/threatening/killing all who intend to leave their circle.

I do remember the Merkel's ski accident when skiing in Swiss, after she showed sympathies towards BRICS. Was she pushed in a tree ?

As now France/Germany did show intention to join the AIIB, could the Airbus accident not be a sign of a stronger threat ?

How ended the jet being shot in Ukrainian sky ? No more talk about. All the proofs are in Netherlands.

Is that what one  wrote telling that we The People would not know how to govern (socialism, People's delegating representatives in their Ambient-Locality, (for social and urbane questions). In former Yugoslavia we had a similar system of ruling. It was functioning but not enough control levers. And to ad, undermined from outside.

In the system of How to rule, citizens must be recognized when considering ambientalism, sociality..Capital must recognize the need of education and nation's health so citizens can work.

The Capital must make profits to can invest to rise new products...But the State/States must have an agreed/planned production level.

Now comes the question of Competition and production levels not to contaminate the Ambient. Of course the quantities/volumes need to be decided by Capital and the State as there is the risk of how much of production volume will be thrown on the market not to be sold (recycling).

I am speaking of a higher relations level in the World's Economy.

But the States/Regions have still a lot to plan what to develop.

The Western's Exaggeration/Liberal Economy/ has brought the Contamination/Pollution. The Capital has isolated itself forgetting the reasonable investments for a balanced rise of other regions. Mostly because of only exploiting resources.

Organizing life of residents and logistics for military units ...

  What about the counterattack is concerned, in the event that it attacked large cities in Russia?

  Will Russia, in such case, respond with a counter attack on US cities and territories?

In my estimation, I believe that it is very possible, just because of knowing this Zionist strategy of inventing and creating victims of own people to then blame Russia, bypassing the initiation of the conflicts.  I believe that the Zionists are willing to sacrifice the United States, to get in possession of waste Siberian territory with its rich oil and mineral resources.Thereby gain the access to the North Pole and its resources. The victims and the consequences of a nuclear attack would be concentrated in the western part of Russia. For the lives and the consequences, both Russian and US population the Zionists do not, and will never,  even care.

  Do PRESIDENT ways, in such circumstances, there is time to deal with the daily political intrigues which he plants a Western propaganda machine? Certainly not, but organizes the defense of Russia and the rescue of its citizens.
